    Am I doing it right?

So we were at the dealership picking up my ski after repairs. My wife wanted to see if she could see any difference in our identical bikes' engines, so took off her seat to compare.

The dealer was surprised--if not shocked--to see that her engine was coated with Fluid Film. He said that his first thought was that we had an oil leak.

So now I'm confused because I thought we were supposed to do this, and in fact after I brought them in for their first service at a different dealership they had sprayed the engines down. With YamaLube though, not Fluid Film.

I'm pretty sure we did it pretty much the way Capt. Reza outlined in his YouTube video. And I thought that all of us did it. But the guy expressing the "shock" has owned the business for 25 years and acted like he had never seen this before. He even rubbed his finger on it and then smelled it.

It's good to coat the motor with anti corrosive spray.

Especially on salt water ridden skis.

Dealership owner probably has no clue how to maintain a pwc..

Dealership owner probably doesn't ride pwc.
    He probably has no clue
