Oil from some where ?
I have this oil dripping down the right side of my 08 GP1300, from under the cowling ... normally just every once -n-while. I rode yesterday & when I went to ride today there was actually a small puddle in the wheel well. I removed the seat no oil in hull anywhere ... and the oil injection system is not over full ... where is it coming from? Can there be some sort of blow by out of the throttle body airbox? I am stumped . No power loss & engine seems to be running strong. Any advice would be helpful.

The oil vent tube runs up under the cowling in that location. Did you by chance overfill it recently or run it rough ocean conditions/deteriorated vent cap... ?

Hi and thanks for the reply. Tell me more about this vent cap... just where exactly is it located ... can I see it or get to it with out muffler removal? I have not put oil in fill tank for some time ... have plenty.
