So I did a motor swap for a buddy on a SLT 780 that had a 750 in it and look what it was running for an exhaust. I put another 750 in it. I hope to get a test ride on this mutt in the Spring. SLT780 with a 750 engine, dry pipe, 780 CDI & 780 carbs. It had a date stamp but I couldn't tell if the last digit was a 2 or a 3? Looks like the shorty to me I have never seen one of these exhaust manifolds. Wonder how it compares to the other style?

Differences between 1992, 1993, 1994 Fuji exhaust manifolds and exhaust pipes

Can't see it in the picture, but I believe the 1992 SL 650 Fuji engine has individual brass fittings at each cylinder connection, whereas the 1993 Fuji did not.

The 1994's then added the bar connecting all three

That is a 'dry' exhaust pipe. No connection at the bottom of the elbow facing forward, and no upper jacket for water to circulate.
