Here's a list of what i've done so far. Anyone feel free to add on.
Stock Airbox- Remove airbox and seperate halves. Cut out baffles and remove airbox lid. Reinstall.
Intake tubing- Remove rectangle shaped tube between airbox and supercharger inlet elbow. Use 2.5" schedule 40 pvc electrical conduit and heat bend it to match bends in stock piece. Install it in place of stock piece.
Throttlebody- Remove and disassemble throttlebody. Carefully file down the throttle bar in the area that would be visible through the throttlebody opening. Reassemble and install. Extreme caution should be used when doing this since the throttlebody needs very tight clearances in order to work properly.
Intake manifold- Remove intake manifold and remove intercooler from it. Useing a dremel or die grinder smooth the edges of the ports to match the intake ports on the head. Remove some material and smooth out injector bosses. Do not shorten the injector bosses or alter the hole that the injector goes in. This will cause the injectors to lose their seal. Clean out any plastic dust or shavings and reinstall.
Stock intercooler- Remove intercooler from intake manifold. Useing an pair of long needlenose pliars or your own method, remove the 2 screens from the inside of the intercooler. Useing a long file or rotary file carefully egg out the hole in the center plate of the intercooler. Clean out all metal dust and reinstall.
Pump housing- Check to see if pump cone overlaps pump housing. Match the 2 surfaces using a dremel or file. Fill pump cone holes flush with silicone. Reinstall.
Stock intake grate- Remove intake grate. Use a file to file rear part of the grate to match the height of the rideplate. Reinstall and fill the gaps around the rear part of the rideplate with silicone as well as the bolt holes.
Rideplate- Fill ride plade holes with pro-poxy or JB stock weld as per instructions in the How to section. Sand down epoxy and entire rideplate. Remove and excess silicone around edges of rideplate. Re silicone all the way around the edge of the rideplate and make it smooth with a wet finger.
Pump shoe- Cut out any excess silicone and re silicone areas. Use a wet finger to make it as smooth as possible.
Reverse bucket- Cut out semi circle spot at the edge of the reverse bucket.
OPAS- Remove OPAS. Use 1/8" or 1/4" aluminum to make cheap block offs. They might not look great but you can lose the training wheels.
Stock prop- Depending on what mods you've done you can tweak the stock prop to get the right rpms. A how to on pitching pprops can be found in the how to section.

Nice job on the list.
You should also add to check oil level, too.
I have heard it will scrub off RPM and slow you down if level is too high.

can you give more info on the cheap blockoffs? What do you use to fill all the bolt holes ETC. ? Anyone know if the opas can be put back on after it's taken off and blocked off?
