Question for non pv 1200 piston to cylinder wall tolerance
Correct me if im wrong... If the sleeve is .25 larger than jug then the actual piston to cylinder wall would actually be .125..?? Also the sleeves are cast iron and pistons are cast aliminum... And bcuz of that the tolerances should be alittle larger for the reason of aluminum will expand more than cast iron once warm...
The reason it this.. I took mono block in to get bored to match .50 piston and the actuall sleeve hole is .25 larger than piston which i believe is ok!!! Am i wrong?
Thanx for any help!!!!!
