what brand crankshaft to use ? 1100 raider
I'm looking at sbt, wsm, hotrods and used oem.
Hot rods is looking like the winner so far but after talking with sbt and wsm I'm also starting to reconsider the money to part issue... seems they are solidly rebuilt and offer good warranty.
All the posts ive found on the net are form like 5-10 years old. Everyone bashes them and says not to use. Anyone have any experience with the products of these companies now?
Im starting to shy away from used oem cus theres no warranty and price is soooooo close to a refurb wsm or sbt its not worth risking it. Also hotrods are expensive as cr@p... what to do?

I build a lot of motors here in house, and I use rebuilt oem cranks. Crankworks does all my work, including true and weld.
Since I have gone this route, I have had virtually zero crank problems.

I have them rebuilt. Like a motor comes in and it has 1 rod bad and bearings bad, I sent it off and have them fix it up.
