    Polaris SL 650 Wiring Diagram

Hey guys, new to the forums, I've appreciated everyone's help thus far. I took on a project 1994 Polaris SL 650 (blue motor) and am looking for a wiring diagram. The stator unit is being replaced and the battery cover was off, so it fried a lot. I opened up the ECU unit and there was sludge and water inside it, and some terminals just broke right off, so I found a used ECU on ebay I will pick up. But when I remove all wiring, I need to know where to put it back to and I have not been able to find a wiring schematic to show me what goes where. Any help? I'm talking everything from fuel gauge to fuel sending and starter button. Thanks!

Welcome to the Hulk - the 94 750 and 650 have a few different components. here is the 650 diagram.

Be sure that you get a replacement box from a 650, specifically the CDI unit.

Thanks a ton! What about the actual ECU unit? Alot was fried inside of that and I will be replacing it as well. I thought about trying to fix mine but some terminals actually broke right off due to corrosion so I think getting a new computer itself will be the best bet, only thing, I just need to know, once I get that, where to hook it all up. Have you done this job before?

What is damaged, the electrical box terminal board or the actual CDI module inside the electrical box?

If just the crimped on wire connectors for the CDI wires are damaged they can be replaced with new female spade crimp-on connectors.

If you can upload and post a few clear photos, that often helps us see what needs to be done.
