New Feature in Maptuner : Remove IBR and more

We have been working very hard with updates for maptuner flasher.
We are adding a lot of new features and one of them is that you can now change the configuration of your ski.

Most of you will not need to use this, but for Racers that want to remove IBR this can now be done without error codes or limpmode!

To use this feature you will need a maptuner with software 10.66 or newer.
This version is also used to tune the new Sea Doo Spark 60 Hp version.

Old maptuners can be updated but will need to be send to Sweden for update.

    More exiting news will follow!

Why do the tuners need to be sent to Sweden? Why can't you just remotely flash the firmware when plugged into the computer when updating?

Phone carriers can do it with cell phones. I Don't understand why I would have to send out my tuner (yet again costing more money for shipping) for a firmware update.

If it is low level programing and if they use for it port different than USB or LAN /serial, j-tag etc./ and corresponding software abel to reflash the unit they need to have the unit in their lab/office. No all types of updates are possible remotely.

The flasher hardware is to old to be updated remotely .

But we have something in the works that can be updated remotely .

Our logger can however be updated via the phone app.
