Take a look at these cylinder pics. Pics of Wossner pistons added .

Just as the title says , I'd like the opinion of the experts here to decide if I need to re-plate the cylinders or I can just clean them and use new pistons .
I've already taken 1000 and 1500 sandpaper both wet and dry to it as well as scotch-brite after reading the good advice on this forum .
Muriatic acid in 31% concentration seems to not fizzle on it and my (short) fingernails don't seem to catch on any of the grooves.

    Thank you in advance .

Most of the marks are near or below the exhaust port, so it should still make compression. Have you tried an actual hone yet? They may clean up.

I don't think I can find an actual hone . I'm basically stuck with scotch-brite,sandpaper and muriatic acid .

The next option is to have them stripped and re-plated .

go to harbor freight, get a 20 dollar hone. these should come out and like WFO said make good compression. Use miniral spirits as a solution when you spin the hone.... ive done it several times, works like a charm.
