Leave the seat and hood off and let it completely dry out for a couple days.
If it doesn't start working then dig in and figure it out.

I've had problems go away after ski completely dries out.

I would dry it out and take the connectors off the MPEM and make sure they are dry too....should have been water tight connectors on them. Then check the guage connectors and see if you have 12 volts power to them. That is in the voltage connector that pigtails from one guage to the next.

remove the mpem connectors RIGHT NOW and spray a bunch of wd-40 in there.

the waterproof covers on these skis don't hold water after ten years and submersion will quickly wet them down to the point of assorted failres.

be happy the engine is still running.....

Disconnect the battery before you pull the connectors apart.

WD-40 was originally made for displacing water.
Spray them down, let them dry.

    Inspect for signs of corrosion.

Examine the seals for damage or missing seals, as the case may be.

    Reassemble, reconnect battery, test.

If all is good take the connectors apart and apply dielectric grease to protect the metal contacts.
