The Water traveling thru the center of the innercooler in the intake manifold . Is it Open lake Water or Close loop water with antifreeze??? I have seen some innercooler cores that have frozen and they pushed the rear end of the cooler off with a bulge. This is not a problem till you crank the following year & it pulls the water into #1 cyl due to the engine being tilted back in the ski. Is this NO Antifreeze in the Closed loop system? Or lake water that remained in the intercooler core?

Lake water runs thru it to cool the intake charge while rinning. In the northern climates, they are "winterized" and filled with coolant to prevent freezing during winter.

Closed loop (antifreeze part) runs thru the block, and rideplate.
the fresh "open loop part" just cools the IC, and Exhaust system

Definitely lake water that caused that problem... lack of proper winterization...

Someone had mentioned that blowing compressed Air thru the water inlet pipe at the Pump foot would clear any water? They had mentioned this is how seadoo factory preps before shipping them?

If Seadoo does this they must use a 1 inch line with more air pressure and volume than my Ingersol 80 gallon compressor can produce... cause i would NEVER trust this method for winterization.
