    Delamination of nano eggshell

Hey guys, has anyone had these types of dramas with the new nano eggshell hull ? We've had three let go without hitting anything, just ridding along when all of a sudden they've come to an incredibly sudden stop, almost throwing the riders over the hangers ( luckily they've been sitting down at the time ). They just don't make em like they used to ..

personally I don't see a good reason to use anything other than old school carpeted bunks... If my memory is correct a majority of the people with hull issues have used the ride on docks and rollers so I just assume avoid anything beside carpet.

Yeah the first to let go was 2013 , the second and third were 2012, we keep them on floating jet ski pontoons (ski docks) .. Hardly ever been on a trailer , maybe two or three times on dealers trailer for service.. We don't own a trailer ..

Roller bunks aren't good to skis....

There have been a few threads on cracks and different issues involving roller bunks ...

Regular carpeted wood bunks for me...

Do those floating jet docks have rollers to support the hull weight?

No.. No rollers ... But being hire skis , they had clocked up 4-600 hrs, an impossible amount for the private owner, but we've had 80-90 skis in the game for over 13 years which simce the 4 strokes arrived back in 02 have all done well over 1000 hrs .. Some as much as 2-3000 hrs without all on the same pontoons that we still have now without ever experiencing anything like this before ..
