250X Trouble Internally
Take a look at the pictures and let me know what you would do to repair this engine. It had a blown head gasket recently so suspect oil in water has caused valves to seize up.
Also where do these cylinder heads crack???

Wow looks like a very neglected ski they crack between cyl 2-3 exhaust head bolt and jacket

In answering your question a full rebuild would be in order replacing all rusted parts and bearings. To cover ones ass.

Another salt ski that wasn't flushed and blown out properly, but that's some of the worst valve corrosion I've seen

People should have to take a test to have kids and ride skis in salt water. The world would be better off. That's horrible. Should never look like that

So now we blame the dealers for a blown head gasket. About time people took there own responsibilities before blaming dealers.

I dont believe a blown head gasket !!!!!!!!!!!!
there is more to the story , as the cooling system is not pressurized which mean when u stop the engine it wont fill the cylinders uplike a car ,water yes i believe is what has caused all this mess....
now from the pictures the sealing mark appears to be pretty good
and a cracked head puts water in oil and not into cylinders ( all 4 )
need more truthful info to offer good advise
1stly I say submarine
2ndly i say no post ride anything
