My Gen III is sweating, how do I alleviate this?

    Hey guys,

My Riva gen III is blowing some serious water out of the discharge side so I pulled it out and pressure tested it and it came back fine

So my only guess is that it's "sweating" terribly, I noticed it when I pulled 2 mil from my prop and didn't pick up any rpm,8650-8680, then I put in the stock prop and it picked up 20 rpm, 8700

You can feel it surging when it's at peak rpm. It won't rev past 8700.

I think I remember bigdaddyrxp having the same issue

    How do I fix this?

    Thanks in advance!

Check out blkturbos thread on this. I believe the concenus is go to an xs style so it's not so efficient. It's condensation and you live in Florida where humidity is he worst in the USA

No need to replace it. It's not leaking!

A sweating intercooler is a GOOD intercooler. That means it's just doing it's job.

Laws of physics here.... hot air circulating around a cool water coil will produce condensation. Perfectly normal!

Completely normal.... means it's doing it's job, maybe to good of a job!

I've been down the road your on.... and it is shocking that it condensates as bad as it does.

And for the record.... there are much more humid places in the country. Southern Louisiana is the worst place I've ever been!
