2006 rxp hairlines in top coat?

hi, i bought a rxp 215 yesterday. the owner purchased it brand new and bought 2 at once. he crashed into the other one once and said it did some damage to the top coat. he told me that he had it checked out by a fibreglass repairer and was told there was no fibreglass damage and it would be fine to leave like that. i just thought id ask your opinions and hope someone could confirm this? i have attached some photos. the point of impact was on the bumper on the side so im hoping this is what saved it!
    thanks

I've seen a lot worse cracks and no issues came from them.
Sounds like your having new owner jitters which is also normal.
    Go ride and enjoy!!!!

That's fiberglass flex. As long as it was checked out and they could verify it didn't fracture the glass or delam the layers you're fine.

So it will be fine to ride like that?

The seller told me it was checked out n was no fiberglass damage. I think I might take it to a fiberglass place tonight to get it double checked for piece of mind!

I don't know the thickness of the gel but chances are between the cracks is very uneven also so cutting V's into the cracks and filling them won't work as it will still look wavy. You'll have to remove the affected area and re-gel it. I'd wrap it or leave it.
