    Over heating 2009 fx sho

    My 2009 fx sho with 70 hours , has started overheating after about 5 min in water, temp alarm goes off, I have flushed, changed thermostat , checked strainer. Pumps water from two left side pissers on hose. All three pump,when in water. HELP !! What's next to do?

    Over heating 2009 fx sho

    You've have to have a clogg somewhere. Since your seeing water come out the left side at least on my ski that's the oil cooler dump. Check and see if the inlet on the exhaust manifold is clogged or restricted.

    I know you probably checked the oil level,
    but just in case, check the oil level.

    Also, crawl under the ski with a flashlight and make sure there are no obstructions, suck-ups or mud clogging up things inside your intake.

    Ok,checked line from exhaust manifold to rectifier to pipe, clear, oil level ok , strainer and bottom clean, any other ideas? HELp

    Could be sensor.
    You or a previous owner didn't by any chance leave the ski sitting for a while with salt water in the engine, right?
