Exclamation Community Project.... 12a rotary in a PWC

I have a great project starter... I have an extra running 12a rx-7, and a spare 3 seater Polaris (97 slt700 I think), or a spare 98 gsxl hull (2 seater)... soo.... where do we go from here? I understand that Atkins Rotary makes a bunch of marine parts... so what are the road blocks so to speak???

Road block #1. Getting the engine to sit low enough in the hull to line the crankshaft up with the pump so not to have to use an offset drive. Sort that out and the rest is a piece of cake!

been done many times in the late 90's - early 2002ish there was a company that accually was trying to sell a kit but then the 4strokes came out and it was over for rexx racing. they wern't that impressive. and a stock gprxp or other modern convertion would completely toast it. The rotory lacked the tourqe. theres a member on this site that has one. you would definatly need to a offset belt drive or gear drive. they were using 3" blower belt setups on the older maz-doo's. just google mazdoo
and i dont know were that NZ video got the 127MPH crap from, but oviously that things not even drivable from the way they cut it, let alone at those speeds.
