Leaking antifreeze out of intake grate?

I have a 2009 rxp x that was involved in an accident on the highway. The craft came off the trailer and landed in the road damaging the hull. I noticed however that all the antifreeze has leaked out of the intake grate. How would I go about trouble shooting and hopefully fixing this problem?
Many and all help would be much appreciated!

Sounds like you have a hole in the ride plate.
Pour water in the radiator jug and get under the ski and see where its coming out of.

Thanks guys. Put water in it and seems to be seeping out the the back lip of the ride plate. I don't see any visible holes in the plate it's self.
Still think it's the ride plate? Should I take it off for better inspection?

I haven't had good luck with ride plate repairs. If you Dooo weld it just keep an eye on the radiator jug to make sure the repair holds.

Any good welder should be able to run a nice weld if it's just cracked.

i have seen plates go for around 100.00 used on here as well. Them again your buying someone else's parts so it's a bit of a gamble

There is more to it than welding. You have to get it flat again so it will seal up. Best bet is a good used one.
