2009 WakePro 215 12V Hi Issue
I have a 2009 Sea-Doo WakePro 215, and I am getting a 12V HI warning on the LCD. Warning is coming up intermittently, but is increasing in frequency and the electrical system is dropping out for up to 2 seconds at a time. I have taken it into the dealership and they have checked the voltage regulator and stator. Both are fine. No error codes come up, and the dealership is stuck not knowing what to do. Trouble is we use this for taking our kids wakeboarding, kneeboarding and tubing. Weather can blow in within minutes in these mountain lakes, and it am nervous now about taking my daughters on the water. The machine has 101 hrs on it, and has worked great other then an issue with the tip over sensor.
Please does anyone have any suggestions!!!

If its not a loose connection then put in a new voltage regulator.
I've seen them pass all the checks before and only crap out every now and then.
Sometimes corrosion on the cables at the regulator

Also at 101 hrs on that s/c I'd pull it and send it to jerry for a full rebuild service. Bearings ,washers,seals..
Then rip for another 100+ problem free hours.
Bearing failure does 2k-4k$ in damages.
Better safe then very sorry.
Ask me how I know....
