    Bad impeller?

    How bad is my impeller? Can i just let it be or should i do something about it? In that case what?

    Mine was in the same state but I got a sander to it and smoothed the rough edges and chips away, not sure if it's made a diff as not tested it yet

    I dont think it looks that bad to be honest, but that depends on the level of performance you are going for. For example, if you are running a high performance ski, you will want to get it fixed professionally, but if the ski is just recreation then it shouldn't hurt performance.

    You can always send it to Impros to get it fixed... probably 100$ if I were to guess.

    Can i use this grease? It is water resistant! Or shuold i use like shell gardus? Have it on my work to lubricate windturbine blade bearing...

    I agree that does not look too bad. As long as prop to wearing clearance is with in spec just run it. DO NOT take a sander to it, this action will just lead to more cost if you ever want/need to send it out to have it refurbished.
