Damaged thru hull for driveshaft 03 Ultra 150

Does anyone have any good suggestions for how to fix a thru hull fitting for the driveshaft on a Ultra 150 that is damaged to where the boot does not have enough glass/plastic to attach to. Are there any after market products you can glass in after grinding out the old one, and pop it in place???

No, I don't. What happened? Did the engine mounts break or something?

Yes...engine mount's came totally apart jumping waves. I need a better brand than OEM as these should not have busted, and they look like a bad design. When the engine moved out of place it tore up the coupler, bent the driveshaft, both coupler drives have to be replaced, and when the shaft was rotating oblong it took out half of the thru hull fitting that the boot from the thru hull bearing attaches to on the hull. Just got the jet pump off and that was real difficult, even using a slide hammer and pry bar at same time didn't get it. Had to torch w oxygen and acetylene the tangs on the pump mounts as the salt water fuzzed them to the mounting bolts. I really hope someone has an answer that will work for the thru hull issue though as it is critical to keeping the ski from taking on water and this part cannot break during the heavy usage I give it jumping waves.

i worked on one that did the same thing, i ground and cleaned everything up with acetone and glued it in place with 5200, it still holding strong, 5200 is pretty bad shit when it comes to holding shit together

Here is a pic of the problem. Missing half of the tube. Hoping there is an aftermarket part that can be glassed in. I may have to make one out of pvc...but don't want to get chezzy.

different than the 99 i worked on, it was a separate piece that glued on, a piece of pvc pipe fitted just right and sealed in might just work. it actually ripped that whole floor piece out as well,, so i pulled it out, fixed the thru hull fitting then glued the base back in with 5200
