    2012 RXP-X 260 R&D R3 Reflash Results

I have a BONE stock PX 260 that I have ridden twice. The first time out it had 4 hours and ran 67 mph on my GPS and 68 on the ski gps. The temp outside then was probably in the high 60s. I took it out yesterday with just the R&D R3 Reflashed ECU and I removed the air box all together. Basically nothing was attached to the S/C at all. It went a best of 73.8 mph. It was turning 8600 rpms!!!! The ski felt much better and I still have not gotten it over the 10 hour break in period. The temps yesterday was 53* outside, and the water was super cold. HAHA.
I haven't seen many people post up about the R&D reflashes on the new DOOs so I thought I would share.

My next move is exhaust, intake, pump seal kit, and prop. Possibly valve springs and retainers so I can jack the RPMs up.

    Thanks for the info.
One thing, as I am sure you already know, but I would not spin that sucker that high again without a valve train upgade.

Yeah I'm either gonna back the RPMs down or do the valves train kit.

Do the valvetrain. Don't back down.

Yeah do the valve train ! The ski really comes alive around 8800+
    That's good speed for stock!
Ya know with a ride plate and open loop you would be close to 80 with no other mods at all

Are you monitoring a/f with that reflash?
