    Water in oil

Hey guys as the title says I got water and oil mixing. I recently put my head back on with a new gasket and while I was at it upgraded a few more parts while I had it off. After it was all together and with new oil I started it to see if all ok. When I checked the oil I found it to be milky. I drained it 3 times and last time even pulled off the oil pump to get it all out. Anyway did that and still got water in the oil. What could it be?

Head was all checked over after a bent valve so I know that's not the problem and a new gasket I got from riva when I was there in Sep
