    Steering nozzle bushings

Has anyone found adequate replacement non OEM plastic bushings for the steering nozzles? The OEM ones are very pricey and I would like to tighten up the nozzles on my machines. They are kind of sloppy.

    Maybe Kawasaki bushings might work.

Im thinking more along the lines of something I can buy from a bearing supplier. I guess I will measure them up and see what I can find.

I find that often the original bolts do NOT want to unscrew. I hate to break off a bolt there.

What methods work best for backing out the original nozzle pivot bolts without risking breakage?

I'm not sure if this will help you, but my prices might be less expensive? http://www.weberpower.com/weber-jet-...-steering.html

I have approx (5) new steering nozzles & some assorted Impellers, etc for sale. I will sell the steering nozzles for $15.00 each. (& shipping).
You can contact me directly form the link on my website..

    Thank you,
    Randy
