Since it is supposed to be a sealed unit, condensation should not happen unless the seal has been breached.
I think the only realistic option is to open it up for repair. Cleaning (gently) the LCD contact rubber strip should restore the display clarity.
Then you need to figure out where the water was getting in and seal it properly.

opened it up and there was water drops every where inside , back to ebay for another one, I have managed to get i MFI working now with with the other spare unit though. We will have to wait and see if I sealed this one up enough.
