Don't waste you time, I tried A 2 degree wedge and I lost top end and the boat was a dog out of the hole. If you want a second opinion check out pwc today (Arronc post) he didn't believe me but now he dose. If your that determined I have one I'll sell you.

I'll tell you what my green 15 has A 2* wedge on it. I have not put it on red one yet, so I can ride both and see what the diff is

KJM, it's not that I didn't believe you. R rated sent me 2 different wedges to try. I had nothing to lose since I didn't pay for them. But my results were the same as yours.

I was going to test it but once I heard Aaron's experience with the R&D ride plate, I decided not to install it. I put on the R&D ride plate and sealed all the holes and gaps. I am wondering if the wedge will work with a stock ride plate OK on a 15F. I was going to EBay it in the spring. If you want it for a fair price, send me a message. If it doesn't work for you, I am sure you can Ebay it for a profit.

Are you going to Norris this year?

The R&D plate works awesome. Jim's Performance in the Yamaha forum is going to be taking a look at the plate and testing some mods to it to gain some speed. I'm sure there is more since he's getting 4-6 mph from a plate swap on a GPR. I can't wait to see what he comes up with.

Yes I will be at Norris this year. At least Friday and Saturday. Its only 30 miles from me and I have the hardest time getting there every year.....!

I either need the wedge or a manual trim system for my 15F. Looking to get the nose up for jumping. Personally I would like to have a Lever / Cable design the when pulled points the nozzle up so the nose comes up for a vertical take off. Ya smell what I'm steppin in here?

    nose up

I too have been posting for awhile on methods to "Nose - Up" for jumping.

Also, I don't want to lose rear end "slip". So, I don't want to add the ride plate.

To the earlier poster, what do you want for the wedge ?

[email protected] be sure to put wpc wedge in the subject line.
