785 pro reeds questions
I pulled my carbs to do a once over and pulled my reeds and found some were cracked,
the previous owner put in these V-force reed valves,
My question is that on the stock 785 the reeds are 3 petals wide, these are only 2 petals wide,
does having the 2 petals instead of the 3 petals make a difference?

The Fuji (750/780) Vforce reeds I have are of a two petal design as well, vs the three petal. Perhaps a Vforce standard? The Boyesen reeds I installed are two stage, with the first stage a single large petal, and the second stage a single large petal with three holes in it..... The cracks, however, are obviously not a good thing...

How do I know what replacement reeds to get?
I saw this old post from hyoctane23,
"Just making sure that these are the correct replacements for the V-Force 2 reeds (grey cages with 2 petals each side). I guess I have to buy 3 sets at $53 each!?"

I spoke to Moto Tassinari they said that list price for the 2P117-1 (2P110-1 same one) is $59.95 each set,
If I fill out a dealer form the cost goes down to $42.74 each set,
anybody know of a better deal?
