Rebuild requirements for new s/chargers?
Purchased a brand new OEM 215 charger from Riva beginning of the summer and put about 65hrs on it. Wondering what the rebuild requirements are on the newer updated s/chargers? I've heard 200 hrs..

I would completely rebuild every 75hrs but it really depends on how hard you beat on it when you ride.
I'm wot 90% of the time and I rebuild every 60hrs.
I've seen 200hrs on a new charger without rebuild and it was running perfect.
The rider rode his ski like he was driving miss daisey...
So in my opinion it depends on your riding style and riding conditions.
Bearings and clutches every time I rebuild and over 400 hrs on s/c doos and no touchdowns.

Rebuild every 100 hours or every 2 years whichever occurs first.

depend on the riding conditions. My stock SC fail me on 60 hours. (I'm riding on open water)

50 hours on bearings if you ride rough water
Bigger sc wheels make everything wear quicker

I've seen that a lot of 100% rough water riding skis that had s/c issues at 60-75 hrs. These skis would come unhooked a lot.
Riding conditions and riding style are your main wear factors for a s/c.
