    Sorry.
Heat is the #1 tool. Lots of heat. the glue that they use to seal these things up is the same glue that holds the rideplate and grate inserts in. Go around the ENTIRE rub rail with a heat gun while someone else follows with a heavy duty putty scraper and hammer. This takes place on the outside of the hull. Heavy duty scraper goes in between the 2 parts under the bondline. After the bondline is separated

    Then...
There is lots of glue on the foot wells and on the front where you cant see. If you have never installed new rideplate inserts then you might want to. This will help you learn how hot you need to get the glue so it sperates itself from the hull without damaging the hull. Fire you don't want but close to it.
I used a 2X10 board cut to fit inside the top lip of the hull right before the steering area. Put a board on the bottom of the hull and use a bottle jack in between to separate. Do not jack until hull is very hot, GO SLOW!!!

these are the tools I use to separate the bondline. A hammering end on the scraper is a must also.

I used the 3m, your right that stuff is exspensive. the last 3 hulls I have done cost me $400 each. Just for glue, then you have to have a special gun. It sucks. Next time I was thinking about using 5200. If I used the oem rubrails when I put the ski back together I would deff use 5200 cause the oem rails have screws to hold the topdeck to the hull so it helps. If you are not using screws or rivits to hold the top deck to hull deff use the 3M crap. If you buy enough 3M includes a gun for free.

I'm going back with the OEM rub rails so I may end up using 5200.
