    break in oil ratio

    what oil, and ratio should i use on my fresh top end? just switched to pre mix,and how long after befor i switch to another ratio ,and oil?
    ski 2000gpr1200
    1300r top end
    d plate
    carbon tech reeds

    You can use the Yamaha 2-W at a 32:1 ratio for break in. Allow about 2 tanks of fuel for break in. Then you can switch to a Synthetic Oil like the AMSOIL Dominator Oil at 40:1. http://www.amsoil.com/redirect.cgi?z...storefront/tdr
