Difference in 02 4-Tec head valve seals

Bought a used 03 head from member on here. Turns out to be an 02 head. Getting ready to put it back together. I see per the parts diagram that the valve stem seals are different than on the other 4-Tecs. Instead of the one piece valve stem, the 02 uses a three piece design; thrust washer, valve spring support, and valve stem seal. Does anyone know if the one piece valve stem seal will work on the 02 head? The head looks identical to an 04 head I have except in this area.

The valve guides are different and you can't use the new seals on the old heads, you can have the guides milled though to fit the newer seals
