The first 80+ mph SVHO
Dean just called me from the water with some great news. He got his new FZS SVHO to run 80 mph with only 3 mods...
Riva power filter w/intake manifold upgrade
Riva ride plate
Yes, he was running the STOCK supercharger!
STOCK impeller that he pitched up.
STOCK everything other than the few mods I listed above!
The ski hit 80 mph at only 8300 RPM
The best part of it? He's just getting started. He feels sure he will have it dialed in at 82mph in no time.

Congrats! I think this ski is really going to impress everyone.
lol that first mod cost more than 2 of my 3 skis Do you think there will be cheaper ways to reach 80 in the future? I cant imagine everyone needing to buy the tuner to get there

Yes, stand alone ignitions are expensive, but once a relfash is out for these SVHO skis we are only looking at $750

O that would make more sense. that seemed crazy expensive

Doesn't the Riva ride plate slow it down? Slap a Vx on there and it's over 80!!
No exhaust mods either?

Great news, very nice speed for a near stock ski. Any boost numbers at those rpm´s??

With a dual impeller he ran 79.7 mph at 8640 rpm
With a Riva/Skat 15/23 depitched to a 22 he also ran a 79.7 at 8260 rpm
