See Pics of 12F Leak Source

As you can see the leak is at the rear, by the right water box muffler.
But it is not the hose, but the "sealant" type product.

How do I fix this crack/separation of this material?
    Is this fiberglass?
Does this need to be scraped down by a professional and redone, or can I do this?
    Thanks

At top left, around 11 0'clock, the material has separated from the metal.

Looks like somebody did a hack job trying to repair the water box. Might need a new box.
It's hard to tell what the issue is from the pics...

I am the original owner; never had any work done on this jet ski, except Kawi recall work.

    So, Kawasaki's bad workmanship.

So, this cannot be repaired by just reapplying the resin?

I believe this is the inside of one of the inlet cooling hoses, not the waterbox. Am I right?

I don't see what you mean by "from the metal" ???
It looks like the glue (aka bondo) has has seperated from the fiberglass hull.
If I'm wrong, can you put an arrow where you mean by "the metal"?

It seemed to my apprentice eyes like metal. My bad. But, yes there is separation. Any suggestions?

Waterbox is not hurt, its the cooling lines from the pump, you may be able to clean it and apply some 5200 to the hull/fitting but I cant really see the problem on my computer. Is the fitting damaged or is it the spot that it attaches to on the hull?

Assuming it's just a slight seperation of the factory bondo from the inside hull fiberglass, even w/o removing the old bodo, just apply a heavy dose of Marine Tex above the leak area and see what happens.

If still leaks, then remove them all and start fresh.
If no more leak, then you are in luck.
