    depth finder mounting clip

    anyone ever seen this?
At 450 hrs, i assume the "composite material" became brittle and broke. just wondering if i have any recourse(besides dropping $$ for a new one)the other side is fine, was thinking about some marine epoxy....

I wonder if you could stick it back in the base with a little silicone. Should be strong enough to hold it, yet easy to remove if necessary.

Maybe around the sides. If you put some on the bottom, it may interfere with the signal.

I think epoxy is too hard and brittle on plastic. I would use something more flexible like a silicone or even a urethane adhesive.
