    Boat Bling

I decided to replace the plastic dash and plastic glove box on my old Baja to give it a more updated look. Sounded easy, but was WAY more work than I thought. I've been working on this since mid-December. The billet glove box door and steering hub in burgundy powdercoat came from Dana Marine Products. They do amazing work. So, I decided to fab a couple of aluminum panels and had Dana powdercoat to match. Then, I added a new set of gauges and a new shifter. All of the circuit breakers are hidden to clean it up, too.

The best I've seen with the mild 383 is 74.6 MPH. Back when it had a high-comp 357, it ran 79 naturally and 84 with a 125 shot of nitrous.

If that was possible, I'd be driving this 47' Apache with triple 1050HP motors!
