    2004 bumper question

I just bought my first waverunner and it is being stored where I can't get to it until spring. I took some pictures and I noticed that there are bumpers on the front corners of my waverunner. Since I recently received the service manual I notice that these parts are aftermarket. What drew might attention to this is that one of the bumpers is loose. I was hoping to find out what these parts are to see if I can find out how to tighten it up. Take a look at the picture and you will see what I am writing about. If someone has information on these parts please share them with me. I can't find anything about these parts.

Also I plan on replacing the mats and one of the decals. I have done extensive research on these topics and have decided to go with Hydro-Turf for the mats. There is only one decal that needs to be replaced so I think I am going to just replace the one. If anyone has any tips for the decal installation please let me know.
