You have the wrong clutches for your SC....

If your old ones had 2 different diameter, then you need to replace them with the same year/series clutches....which was from 2004/5 and 2006/7...

The new clutches you have are for 2008+ years...which is standard on all new rebuild kits.

And if you still have the old clutches, then it might be time for a rebuild kit...

    What year is your ski/SC?

I disassembled a couple of old superchargers & found that the Early seadoo 4 tech 2004-2007 have about .030 difference in the two washers.. Yes it looks like i have a pair of 2008 washers laying around that were WRONG for this 2004 RXP SKI...... Unless you are installing the 2008 Updated shaft kit in the Supercharger?

The difference is because of where the clutch rides on the shaft. 2004-2007, the small ID clutch rides on the splines that the lock nut slides into...The 2008+, the gear area is extended, so that the clutches ride on the same horizontal plane....
