Running the engine with too much oil is not good. Just siphon out the excess and you'll know if that was the cause of your speed loss.

Run the ski to warm up the oil then siphon it out through the dipstick hole

I had to pump out almost an extra quart from mine after I brought it in for the 10 hour service. Note that the engine needs to be warm to get an accurate reading.

Fuel in oil is normally because of a too rich tune . Do you have anyway of checking the AFR's .

How many hours are on your motor? It's a judgment call as to whether there is fuel in the oil since everybody's sense of smell is different. Did you siphon the excess oil and test it yet? Fuel in the oil (GIO) is a well known phenomena and will cause a rise in your oil level but I'm under the impression that the picture above was taken right after the oil change. For this reason, I doubt the high level is due to fuel migration.
