3 degree pump nozzle for VXR?

I'm having one machined to 3 degree - does someone make one that will work with the steering and reverse for a VXR?

    Thanks

    Tim

Check out the 2014 nozzle Jerry sells in the Yamaha section in the online store. I would think it would work for you.

dont waste your time, i did it, it pushed the nose down too hard and really slows the ski down, great if your riding really twisty rivers and dont need or want to go over 60 mph

It says it will work on vxr with reverse provisions? Does this not work with steering then?

no, it won't, the VXR has a nozzle with the reverse arm built into it, the SHO nozzle uses a different steering and reverse mount, and uses a orbital ring for the steering and trim. as i said, its great for holeshot and supper fast turning in twisty rivers like the little econ or the st johns, but just plants the skis nose down and scrubs alot of speed off. and most ya'll are looking for speed your not going to get out of this ski

Did you try it pushing the hull up? Sounds like you had installed upside down...

LOL cant install a yamaha nozzle on upside down........ the 3* would work great in the K and the sjr for great handling, but no provisions for reverse
