    OPAS issue

When I connect the metal bracket between the OPAS levers and then to the steering nozzle, the steering gets extremely hard to turn. I've tried adjusting the opas levers with no luck. Also tried another metal bracket thinking mine was bent..no luck. Anyone ever experience this?

Something may have gotten in the inner tube causing it to bind, or one of the shafts on the paddle could be rusted up a bit. Disconnect the metal bar on the bottom and check each side by hand. They should be easy to move back and forth.

Both are very easy to move back and forth by hand. I'm stumped on this one.

I highly recommend you remove OPAS completely (training wheels) The ski handles so much better without it and feels 200 lbs lighter. This simple kit is all you need

I'll probably end up doing that to be honest. I had my venturi snap last summer possibly due to my pump wedge and ever since then I've been having steering issues and this OPAS issue. I replaced some of the steering components recently and am waiting for the water to unfreeze so I can test, but trying to figure out this OPAS issue in the meantime.
