Need a 951 CRANK? Whats GOOD.
Well I got the 2000 RX apart tonight and it needs a crank and I might aswell get a CB.
What are good cranks and were do I get them?

Do not buy a SBT crank for the 951. They have issues with them.
Get oem crank, call Dan at waterworx in Fl and see what he can do for you on a reman crank. A new reman oem crank is usually around $400 to $500.

If Waterworxx can't hook you up, I'll bet that Nick (speed4sale) has one. I don't think he has ever not had what I needed.

I posted this morning, but it din't go through. You can get one from Mark Underwood @ Rotax racing (Rotax Reman) if these guys can't get you one Austin.

yeah, I hear hotrods makes a good crank, but I have never used one. I've used OEM and SBT. I am not sure if SBT ever solved their problems with the 951 cranks.
The one thats in my ski right now is from Mark Underwood.

hey guys what do ya'll think of this way out?
or just get there crank and better pistons.
Anyone know standard size pistons? I think mine say 87.91 if I read them correct. Hard to see.
It is a fixer upper to sell, but I want it to stay togethere.

I have a replacement crank coming for my XP and I believe the crank coming out will be fine. My new crank is equiped with Honda rods for the Big Bore. I'll probably have it apart in a couple of days. Motor is already out of her.

Take your old one and send to www.falicon.com, hands down the best crank company right now IMO. Other good options are Rotax Reman (PPG, Nick, or Mark U) Crankworks, RAD and belive it or not Playtime Power Sports in FL makes a pretty dam good "in-house-done" reman for $279. I have a reman from Playtime that I sent to Falicon in my boat and 3 hard seasons, its as smooth as ever. No SBT or PMC stuff, not worth it.
If you go with the one you have and send it to Falicon it will be pricey. I had mine done and I had a little more done to it than average and I was over $1000, but ya get what you pay for now a days.
