Looking at getting an older ski. Have found a 2004 r12 for 3200. Is this a good deal? Anything I should be weary of? Have 84 hours on it with trailer.

Any advice ice regarding any brand would be appreciated. Just trying to make the right decision. Have between 2000-3000 to spend and live in the southeast. Thanks for the advice.

Oh ok I would look for a yamaha with a 4 stroke engine. Not really too sure what options there is in your price range for older 4 strokes though.

Maybe like a vx110, but I'm not sure of that's out of your price range.

the r12 should last forever even if barely maintained..

Id say that is a fair price.

I have always owned Honda's as long as they are maintained they will last, rental co. in lake of the Ozarks hunt them down as they are clocking in with over 1200 hours, Im not new to Greenhulk but have not been on for a long time, the r12 will get up to around 54mph the slow Vx110 49 if your lucky, you have trim with the r12 and they corner better then any vx, but the R12X you will do around 64 mph a bigger diff. and you can pic them up for around 3600 out in MO. for about 100 hours and that is just broken in, Yamaha is a very well built ski, but its up to you, I just bought my first F15X with 14 hours on it and cant wait to pick it up,
