    Steering/reverse cables RXT vs RXT-X

So it seems going to the T-X pump line creates an issue with the cables. Anyone care to chip in ideas? I've spent far too much on this conversion already and still need to refresh my SC and get a datalogger. I do NOT want to buy RXT-X cables

the 08-09 RXT/RXTX cables are the same as are the S3 hulled RXT/RXTX cables.

Did you get a PX cable instead of a TX cable???

Why did you install a TX pump?? They are the same as the RXT pumps.....

I have the stock 2005 RXT cables. I kept blowing out the grate at around 78-79 and finally destroyed the pump shoe so I swapped in a 2008 RXT-X drive shaft, pump support, grate and plate. The T-X support pushed the pump backwards a few inches.

The 05 has a different part number than the 08, but the 05 now supersedes to the 08 part number.
