300 servicing schedule any one got one? Looking at buying one

As above I have an opportunity to buy a 300 with 75 hours can any one tell me how much they cost to service? When they need servicing and also do the superchargers ever need rebuilding?
    thanks

I only just recently bought my 2011 300x. But, You can download the owner's manual for free at from the Kawasaki site which gives the manufacturer's suggested maintenance schedule. But, I believe most of the guys strongly recommend more frequent than suggested. For example, it only recommends changing oil every 25 hours and the oil filter every 100 hrs. Most of the guys do this much more frequently. It is my understanding, that the supercharger should not need rebuilt, unlike the Sea Doo. It does require 'fogging' after every ride, which takes 10-seconds during your cleaning/flushing routine. I will try to post the link below to Kawasaki's site to download the owner's manual for free.

If I were you, I would do following:

    1. Engine oil/filter change if not done within last 25 hrs.
    2. Exhaust filter change if not done within last 50 hrs.
    3. Jetpump bearings & seals replacement if still original.
    4. Spark plug check, replacement & anti-seizure application if not done within last 25 hrs.
    5. Intercooler inside check/cleaining if oil residue is found.
    6. S/C belt inspection for wear & tear.
    7. S/C belt auto tensioner pivot lubing.

I would add tighten all clamps on hoses connected to Supercharger,Intercooler, throttle body, block off and bypass valves, these high performance forced induction engines can leak some air making you lose it's full performance..

Dont forget to check the smaller water clamps too just to be sure, the ones in the engine bay and on the pump outside in the back of the ski..

Remember your probably not sure what the previous owner did or didn't do in those first 75 hrs....

Upload the service manual as a reference reminder, lots of basic DIY maintenance you can learn before having to take to a dealer which can save you hundreds ...

Doesn't look like it downloaded the whole manual. You can get it on their website. Good luck with the ski.
