It will only allow 5 pics per post. You can post more pics by making multiple posts.

Nice job. I hiope you did something with the crank and cyl. They look like they are tired and were also a bit hot at one time. Nice work though!!

Looks awsome I have a 99 640 sitting under a tree in the back yard. Not as motivated to make it look good again tho. My 640 looked hot inside too when I took it apart. The colling systems were lacking on these tiger sharks imho, and they saw wot alot.

Thanks guys. I did some careful inspection on the crank and determined that it was in ok condition. None of the bearings were discolored and didn't have any slope.

Looks good but it looks like your base gasket is on reversed. Look at first pic. The back transfer is being covered by the gasket in bottom photo.

I have a 3 seater I am aout to list for free. Alas I am in fla so a little too far away imho. It is sad cause this thing looks mint. Nothing mechanical is good tho. I am sure the motor is seized at this point was not stored properly. Carb is screwed driveshaft is wore badly at the seal and leaks horridly. Yours for the taking tho if you are planning a trip to fla any soon.

Good eye Stroker.... Hopefully it came apart like that AND not put together the same way.
