    Question 2014 FZR Rideplate testing???

Has anyone done any testing with the 2014 FZR rideplate? Any back to back results to stock and modified VXR plates? Come on. I don't believe that no one has done this yet... Send me one. I'll test it!

the farthing plate and 2014 fzr plate are nearly identical. testing between a modded VX and the farthing plate yielded a 2mph difference at 19psi of boost so that should give you a good idea

I think Jerry tested it and found it slower
I suspect it will need a bit of machining to get it fast

Well, lets have Jim work his magic on one and see what she'll do!

gus keep in mind that those new plates are deeper and longer than stock carrying additional drag.you could machine angle into them but they will likely sacrifice handling and still fall sort in the speed department compared to whats out there.

I wonder what the tab at the back of the plate would do if it when less in width.

Not one person has even done a comparison with them...... Not even side by side pics.....

Sounds like we just need to get one to Jim to test with! I bet you would be surprised at what he can do with it. I bet we gain handling and speed.

Maybe Jim and Nate will come out with their new plate that I previously tested with. It was all around the best option!.....
