    Which should I drop in my 1995 xp? The 951cc or 878cc?

    Wrong 878 on title I was meant to say 787 lol. Anyway... Which is better 787 or 951? I want 951cc I found 2000 gsx limited that has no title but I hear that 951 don't float that well in early x4 hull? And will I able to use original extended jet pump?

    951 floats just fine. 1100 kawi is the way to go.

    Hmm hybrid mix sound tempting 1100cc and no more pain in the ass seadoo key. How about polaris or yamaha 1200cc?

    Very true.. I have a carbon fiber x-4 with a 717 rossier stroker motor for sale.. Could maybe part out but would like to get it into the right hands..

    I'm going to stick with drop 951 in my 1995 xp. And quick question is can I use same gas tank, jet drive with 951cc?

    there are several build thread on this topic. you can use the gas tank, but will need the SPX fuel baffel. you will need the pump off a GSXL or a Scat trac pump and a taller prop. you will also need the mag cup off a 98 951 if you are using the 787 electronics too.

    Do a Polaris 1200. Its a pretty strong motor.
