Get VTECH and reflash your ecu. Get rid of the speed limiter, boost limiter, torque limiter, raise your rev limiter and hang on...... All this can be done w VTECH

You can add all the mods you want, but until you do like dp said, you will be wasting your time.

Is the vtech something I can do with voiding my warranty and how hard is to remap the ecu ive never done anything like that before and im scared to mess up my new ski by screwing with the ecu.

It is extremely easy to use and they have tutorials (video and written) if you ever have a question. With vtech, you have the choice of tons of different tunes, but you will most likely only use the 8375 ones since you haven't upgraded your valvetrain. You can easily reflash your ECU back to stock before you bring it to a dealer. The only issue is that if they look at the datalogs when you bring it in, they could see you were running higher RPM's, Boost, etc and could potentially void your warranty if they wanted to. However, you already have the intake on there, so if they weren't going to void for that, then I think you would be good to go.

you could possibly pickup a spare ecu and tune that one. throw the stock ecu back in when you need dealer work.

Doing that could be a pain with out candoo or buds, might need to marry the cluster from ecu to ecu

Reflash to get rid of all the limiters the ski brings.

IMO, the first mod should be.....MoTeC M130. Leave the stock ecu as is (virgin or unmolested).

Put a good after market i/c in it soon..the stock i/c is junk..
If your modding your ski and the i/c craps out like so many have done then you could possibly wipe out your motor. Swapping i/c does not void the warranty.
08 09 i/c are some of the most reliable to swap with.
    Just my .02
