What do you think? bad, really bad, or ok?

well... still haven't gotten my ski started yet, but I seem to notice more n more ugly things about it everyday. Got a nick on the hull fixed and then noticed this spider crack, not deep or anything, but is a crack in the gelcoat.
Then I noticed the ugly sight of rust in the pump, not all in the pump though... could there be rust places that I can't see (engine)? Please post your thoughts on what I should do, the ski is being started this Wednesday the 28th to make sure everything runs right, I hope it does

That crack wouldn't happen to be where the motor mount is would it?

I mentioned before I owned a new RXX in spring of 2003. I went over mine with a fine tooth comb before riding. My oil pump cable was not in sync with the fuel cable. That is important. Make sure that hole in the back is plugged where most ski have a flush hook up. The flush hook up they put in the line will not allow enough water in to cool the engine while on the water hose. Take it out and put in a brass T or nylon T and run a rubber hose to the back of ski and hook up the original flush connector. The rust on the pump veins will wash off.

already bought, and its hard to explain but those arent really scrapes, I can buff them out, they arent even through the gelcoat, its just the crack im worried about, not a big crack or anything but is a crack on the gelcoat

The pump looks fine, but DID you make 100% sure that this RXX had the updated HULL?????

This was a problem and the hulls were fixed under warranty...

But spider cracks are normal, but the RXX had issue's with the hull is what you need to find out. Get the VIN and get a dealer off of this site to check it for you. Don't take your dealers word on it.,

You should have that crack taken care of, being its on the bottom of the hull. Or at least keep a close eye on it.
IF it was mine, I would fix it right away.

Water4fire.. I work at a dealer but if there is someone you know that can find that out for me that would be cool, i have the VIN number, I doubt Seadoo would fix it under warrant now being 6 years old, but I could always find out and give it a shot, I hope I got a good one, there are no soft spots on the hull, just this spider crack, I've been under the hull so many times now and have done my share of feeling around
