    2010 RXT 260 7-5K to Build Riva or R&D

I have 7K-5K to spend on my ski.

    Riva's Stage 4 kit is $7,800 gets me 80-81mph
    R&D's Stage 4 kit is $5700 gets me 80-81mph

I want a easy bolt on kit, which one and why?

    Thanks

Read this thread and do similar or the same and have a ski that will do 84+ mph and be reliable!

    Thanks guys!
I dont know if im ready for motec, i like the idea of the riva athena.

this ski is not for me personally, I have a friend that has some money and wants to go 80 and do nothing after that.

I wont have a ton of time for tuning ect... I want bolt on and go out the door and never come back...

Go with the motec and dont look back. Motec offers superior support and will also help with tuning. Motec>Athena

Dude you will throw Athena in the trash! Get Motec and you will thank us all later. Nils can get your tune dialed in in a couple of passes.

Get a Vtech tune for the ski and you will have a fast and Safe mapping of the ski! . Use vt11 injectors , Vtech maptuner and license and the datalogger .

Nothing is truly plug and play. No mater what you do your going to need to check afr and possibly adjust it.

The motec base tune will be very close to what you need. And nils can dial it right in perfect for you.

You really NEED to do exactly as Scott said in post # 2, he laid it all out perfectly!

I would have posted the exact same component list. We have this same ski and have figured it out pretty good. There is nothing out there that can compete with the Motec M130 - end of subject!

Scott laid it out as good as you could ask for - listen to us!!
